The Illuminati:
Mr Fantastic
Dr Strange
Proffesor X
Iron Man
Namor
Blackbolt
vs JLA
Superman (no Pre-Crisis, no Sundipped, etc)
Green Lantern (Kyle)
Flash (Wally)
Wonderwoman
Batman
Martian Manhunter
Aquaman
The Illuminati get 3 days prep before getting to try there best against the JLA. I figure with all those brilliant minds and huge resources in their group, they can do it.
So, how does it really go?

The Avengers hardly have any one that matches the JLA big seven. Strange is really the only threat on the Illuminati, but he still lacks the right speed. By the time he raises his hand to cast a spell, he's already speed-blitzed by Superman or Flash.
Black Bolt's scream is contained by Green Lantern.
MM holds off Xavier's telepathy.
Wonder Woman takes down Iron Man.
Aquaman holds off Namor.
Superman/Flash (whoever DIDN'T speedblitz Strange) takes care of Mr. Fantastic.
I'd generally agree that without prep... thats how the fight would go... too bad threadstarter said theres 3 days of prep involved...
3 days of prep. dr. strange goes home and gathers all of his artifacts.. which were even to dispel the effects of.. and even challegen the power of the IG.

All you'd really need is dr. fate... jesus christ precrisis supes too puts the game easily onto the dc side.

I imagine with prep Dr Strange could fine some sort of artifact or such to take down Fate off the bat. With Reed, Strange, X's prep, I think they could find a way to down PC Supes
Strange isn't totally helpless against a blitz, he's got a good many options. Here, Surfer tried to blitz him and Strange's auto-shield/pre-cog threw up a shield to block Surfer.
Plus, if you go by Strange's series, he was shown dozens of times being physically knocked out but still able to fight normally through the astral plane. One time he even programmed his body to fight even while Strange was in the astral plane.
