umm your confused. the first fallen one bio is about the fallen one that we know and love as the first "herald of thanos" and the supposed super herald of galactus.
the second one on the other hand is a bio of the champion of the universe, who for some reason was reffered to as the fallen one.
in either case, i would say that a herald with as much clout as the fallen one should be able to beat the champion of the universe.
