Alot of it would depend on location, prep time, and etc. If in a city, granted Dark Claw has stelth so does spiderman not to mention he cant get to alot of places that Dark Claw cant, the factor of spidey sense also pushes it to spidermans favor I believe unless prep time was allowed for batmans cunning ability to beat anyone with proper amount of prep.

Guys I can't believe ya'll don't like Dark Claw!!! I think he was the coolest amalgalm hero while it exsisted!! I wish that they had somehow kept that character. Meanwhile, I think spidey is just toast. wolvie and Bats combined are just too lethal in my opinion.
