A little help

Ok so my teacher was surfing the youtube to see if any new Triumph episodes came up. On the side advertising bar, there was this 'new-york/talk show/ 80's (it's what he said)'foul call in about politics' thingy.

In other words, it seem the be this talk show and towards the end, the host recieved calls. What apparently made this so funny was that they would start off serious and then work their way down (i.e. Listen I think the that these issues are key considering that I want you to suck my ****, etc.) However he neither remembers and my searches come up blank. So if you know help would be greatly appreciated. If not, try to avoid posting.
