It was said that Damien has assumed the throne of Hell and that he is crazy powerfull. Well let's put him to the test;
The first two are on earth anywhere.
1) Luke Cage.....can D survive steel hard punches?
2) Spider-man....is he powerfull and clever enough to defeat spidey
The bottom 8 start on earth but continues in Hell if D needs the advantage.
3) Extremis Ironman
4) Fire Lord
5) Hulk (classic 616)
6) Juggs (classic 616)
7) Silver Surfer (classic 616)
8) Dormammu
9) Odin
10) Galactus (normal....whatever that means)
After each round D is fully refreshed...untill he losses that is

King of Hell Daimon was just as strong as any of the other hell-lords... one of whom, Mephisto, actually has stalemated Galactus.
