Imhotep vs X-Men

Imhotep..the godlike mummy from the movie..The Mummy is resurrected....and it is up to the X-men to stop him. The X-Men do not know that reading from the Book of the Dead or Living impacts the Mummy....so, they must try to subdue him physically. Can they do it...or will Imhotep run through the X-Men?

X-Men lineup.

Wolverine
Colossus
Cyclops
Nightcrawler
Gambit
Rogue
Storm
Xavier
Jean Gray
Iceman
Cable

Imhotep doesn't stand a chance... You have high level telepaths in that group. I'm willing to bet that Xavier alone would make Imothep think twice before attacking the x-men. Then we have characters who would stomp him in close combat such as Wolverine and Colossus. We have a have a user of TK to create shields and such. And for ranged attacks we have Cyclops. The rest can be used to set up traps to draw him close for the heavy hitters.

However x-men 10/10

inhotep cross reference uhm a parallell mummy godlike character from terra obscura in abc universe, oh yeah characteris called "The Mummy" [a rip off of inhotep]

the mummy [ancient pharoh was dug up in the early 20th Century on Terra Obscura, came to life and served as a hero alongside the science heroes, always a recluse the Mummy eventually woke up to the true nature of his godlike powers and promptly set about takin over the world.

Inhotep / Mummy is A heartbeat away from being all powerfull so bye bye x-men

Actually I think Imhoetep could handle most of the X-men - he's just falling victim to usual fanboy bias in this thread. He'd still lose against that roster, but he was certainly no lightweight. He deserves some respect afterall.
