Flash takes this....if he's bloodlusted....he could win this in the first picosecond. I don't see what Kyle could do to him...Flash isn't gonna stay still and let Rayner hit him with that ring. On the other hand...if Lantern stays in the air...there isn't much Flash could do to him either.
