if Galactus gave him the same powers as SS, then Cosmic Superman for an easy victory. no way could Surfer stand upto a Kryptonian with his powers and their natural superpowers.

then again... if he retains the kryptonite/red sun weakness... Surfer would win.

Not really with superman's new powers he weaknesses are gone. Gaining energy from the sun is not a solution anymore. He now has the power of the universe.

in that case, he should win pretty easily.

unless Galactus gives him less power than he gave to SS (SS does seem to be a cut above all other Heralds, so there's room for argument).

Surfer for all his experience with the PC, is usually impossibly stupid in battle. opting for weak-ass blasts and charging in, when he could do sooo much more and not even have to lift a finger while doing it.

Yes while Superman is an incredible strategist with an hight intellect Kryptonian intelligence,and also has some experience with energy manipulation(Superman Red/Blue). So obviously this goes SUPERMAN™.
