A 52 statement. spoilers

if sivana was indirectly responsible for 52 because he bombarded mr. mind with suspendium, why would rip hunter return mr. mind to sivana at the end?

wouldnt that be akin to making a paradoxiacal loop?

im missing a few issues so im not sure if this was covered elsewhere

Yep, Mr Mind is forever stuck in that 52 week loop.
