I think if you have a copyright and they make it into a game you can demand royalties.

Yeah, at that stage money is an option.
But, that;s a mighty big IF, because first off they have to choose your comic out of a bunch, then they have to go further with it.
Still, it's good practice, and really good if you're ever looking to get into the career.
