General Rildo-Stalemated by base kid goku unable to beat SSJ kid goku weaker than Bebi vegeta and Bebi Vegeta couldnt blow up earth in 3 attacks [while saiyan saga DBZ Vegeta could in 1]

Super 17-Taken out by Base Kid Goku in a couple shots when caught off-guard.If Goku can beat him while down 4 transformaed states well..........then either hes SUPER WEAK or SSJ4 is weaker than base form [Its GT so probably both]

Omega Shenron-His BEST attack didnt even faze Base Kid Goku

Frieza is over the "Destroy planet" level Cell and Kid Buu are above the "Destory Solar system" level.They win easily
