Rainmaker has the ability to control the weather, summoning lightning, wind, and rain with her thoughts. She has also demonstrated the ability to control the movement of water. Rainmaker can fly by riding wind currents, and is able to generate and direct bolts of lightning from her hands. These bolts are enhanced somewhat by the hi-tech gauntlets she wears.
Sarah also has a natural aptitude for combat tactics.
They meet near Mount Rushmore where Sarah was trying to deface the monument because of her views, and with what she belives to be a faccist portrayed there, and immeadidly dislike each other. Storm throws the first punch thinking Sarah to be a villian. who wins ?

I don't remember Sarah being immue to weather effects, so Storm should win since she has the power and exp edge.
Also, Storm is likely more skilled in HTH; at least she was at the time I stopped reading Gen 13.

I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.
