The team with Death, and it could be a good match.

Not really.

DOV Spectre would lose.

It would have to be him at his highest powers.

This is multiversal Eternity(maybe) and FP G eek!

Galactus doesn't need to be full power to recreate Earth

Eternity can probably solo. Spectres on panel showings have been questionable IMO. He's a bit of a jobber himself.

DOV was not even a bad showing of the spectre and he was hostless also. In DOV the spectre easily destoryed atlantis, the Lords of order and chaos who were all onmipotent beings was almost unlimited magical powers, and he also ended the ninth age of magic. Let not forget that he depower Mr Myx, easily defeated thunderbolt, and he became so angry and powerful that the higher authority had bond him to a new host. People keep bringing up that CM stalemated the spectre but they forget to say that marvel was power up all all the remaining magical entities in the universe including several lords of order and chaos not destroyed by the spectre yet.

Hmm i cant really think of any single entity in either dc or marvel tougher then a full powered specter. I could be wrong though.

Ok, DOV would still lose to Eternity and Galactus.

Zatanna is strong enough to depower Mr. Mxy

I say unless Spectre is at some of his highest levels he loses.
