Thanos w/power gem vs. Full Powered Tyrant

Thanos w/power gem can take out some pretty powerful beings, but would it be enough to take on the all mighty TYRANT? Or can Tyrant even still, put the Titan on his wallet?

No he didnt. He knocked Thanos down. When thor had the power gem going by your same logic I could also say that Thanos almost killed Thor with the power gem because he also knocked Thor down when he possessed the power gem.

Also you do realize Thanos was taking on more than just Thor.
