This is Michael Demiguros when he was channeling the Demiguros during the war of heaven and was a living sentient conduit of Yawehs full power, as he instantly crushed Lucifer and all of his followers the moment he took action with it.

During the war of heaven when lucifer revolted, and Michael finally decided to take action, he used the power of the demiurgos within him and instantly defeated and pushed Lucifer and all his forces out of heaven.

Was right before he stopped and doubted for a moment, and then sandalphon betrayed him.
