No powers for either duo.

CM & BA have the average strength and durability for men of their frame. They can bench press 300 lbs. with effort.

No gadgets or whatnot for the female duo.

Arena style combat. Who wins?

No it's not fannie mae.

Top tiers for the most part use no discernible skill, and those that do, it's rudimentary at best.

Thor is a skilled warrior acclaimed by the asgardians in lore, but should he fight Daredevil as a normal man, he gets his ass whooped.

The same thing applies here.

We've got two muscled men who know how to punch vs two specially trained and studied ma.

It's not wise, it's petty.

Wondy is uses skill all of the time. So she would be a herald level being who does use her skills.

That makes no sense. The Herald Tier is all herald Class. You telling me a Woman who can help tow the earth, has the best shield in comics, can race into the speed force on her own isn't herald class? That makes NO sense what so ever.
