totally depends on the ninja. (eg. kankuro is good but sasori is a puppet god)
but kekki ganki are superior overall, they had bigger payoffs.

Definitely depends on its user.
But if I'd have to pick one I'd say Summoning Tailed Beasts just from their shear power in combat. If used together they can certainly prove to be a difficult obstacle.

it most definitely depends on what you are trying to accomplish
as slaanesh said, with wood you can build a house
as a puppet master you could control multiple people at once
fire would be great for cooking
summoning would be great if you wanted to impress people...or freak chicks out who are afraid of snakes
a water specialist would make an awesome firefighter
so it ultimately depends on your goal
for me...
puppet master...?

Time/Space jutsu, true mastery of it is something only the lite of Naruto can accomplish, people such as the Yondaime and Madara are the only ones to have developed a masterful use of it in combat, with Madara being probably its greatest user.
