who wins between the two?
shin in ryugan state can see any move coming and at the same time gets an insane power upgrade. Hanma Yujiro is the guy who has mastered EVERY form of unarmed combat and has take down entire armies on his own. in fact, he was the sole reason why America got pwned in Vietnam. speed, accuracy and power are so insane for him that even veteran martial artists cannot block his attacks when he's serious.

who wins?

Shin's pre-cog should keep him in the fight for a little while but he's dealing with someone who has much greater stats than him. Yujiro wins this.
