The fight did not go on very long. Dooku duelled Windu, then acted almost as a diversion while his bodyguard droids grabbed Windu and hauled him off a ledge.

I kinda liked that Windu vs. Palpatine wasn't super-speedy as Dooku vs. Yoda or Yoda vs. Palpatine was. It felt like a throwback to Vader vs. Kenobi in ANH, all slow and thought out as opposed to flashy and quick.
