Thor allows the use of Mjolnir at a charity event. For $100 anyone may attempt to lift the hammer. The following characters pay their cash and line up:
1) The Stranger
2) Classic Adamantium Ultron
3) Trion Juggernaut
4) Super-Adaptoid mimicking Thor
5) The Watcher
6) Mystique in the guise of Thor
7) Apocalypse
8) Worldbreaker Hulk
9) Doombot
10) The In-Betweener
Who succeeds in lifting the hammer? This is straight lifting - no external equipment or prep, but they can use both hands if necessary and can amp their strength to anything within the limits of their normal powerset.
I know he's not on the list but what about Ragnarok (Thors clone)? Tecnically he is Thor just with robotic parts

Genetically yes, but I don't think he would be worthy, and he doesn't have the power to overcome Odin's enchantment.
I put in the various robots for exactly this reason. It has been shown on panel that a machine such as a crane can lift the hammer and the enchantment doesn't seem to come into effect. So what about sentient robots such as Ultron, Adaptoid, Doombot?
I'm thinking beyond being worthy/unworthy.
Are guys like the Watcher, Stranger, In-Betweener more powerful than Odin? Can they exert enough strength that Odin's enchantment simply does not have the power to stop them regardless of whether they are worthy?

Two different things my friend. Kicking it is not lifting it. Juggernaut was able to hold onto the hammer and ride it back towards Thor but he can't lift it.
No being worthy doesn't make it MORE liftable. Being worthy makes it liftable.
Physical strength is the last thing required to lift the hammer. IRRC you must either be worthy, have Thor's permission or be above Odin in power levels, like Galactus, Eternity, LT.
