Okay so you've seen the Telepaths and everyone had their opinions so lets do it again with the telekinetics now I know this is alot of people but take your time. You can choose to separate them in particular cateogories such as: Raw Power, Creativity, Skill, Molecular Manipulators, Strongest Force fields and a top 10 list and so on and so forth. Then lets begin shall we?
Telekinesis means to effect physical objects with the mind.
Jean maybe..... Phoenix was more pyrokinesis and matter manipulation.
But then again Cable and Nate are enchanced clone babies of her so probably Xman with telekinesis.
Franklin wins for Matter manipulation.
Vulcan for raw energy release for his shear ability to absorb any energy based attack ( including magic ) a Shoot it back. He's an Omega Bishop.
Telepathy thats the really tough one..Cassandra Nova. Emma had to beat her in diamond form!
In terms of human mutants, Shaman Nate Grey is unrivaled in terms of telekinesis. Although Cable at full power comes quite close to Shaman nate grey. Jean and Rachel need to be bonded with the Phoenix Force to do anything special.
Hyperstorm and Franklin Richards are reality warpers, not telekinetics tho they can choose to be if they want. They easily thrump the rest.
Take avay those and I think Onslaught comes out on top for raw TK power and strongest shields. He has Nates power plus and a far stronger mind.
Nate comes in 2nd. (or 3rd if you count Phoenix at its best)
Godlike Cable is close to Nate.
Honorable mention to Exodus for crushing the island of Genosha with his mind (while fighting several groups of heroes, including high tiers, and messing with the minds of the entire population at the same time)

I think that White Phoenix of the Crown has more telekinetic raw power than Onslaught (Magneto, X-Man, Franklin and X-Man). However, with Franklin's powers, Onslaught can will himself to be more powerful than White Phoenix of the Crown.
Apocalypse's telekinesis should be around Mr. Sinister's level.
Shitload of these guys you listed do not have telekinesis. Especially not as a primary power, but as a result of say magic, matter manipulation or reality warping.

Because Cable still has some of the TO virus left and X-Man is like an extremely violent baby who chooses to lash out giving everything at full power. Cable is the better trained and calmer fighter in my opinion.
X-Man's TK should be above Legion's.
Apocalypse's TK is not even on Stryfe's level. Only on SInister's level.
