nevermind if Deathstroke is a near equal match for Batman someone with three times that of a peak human then he should be superior.

Well Deathstroke did beat Batman once and the second time he easilly dominated the fight, plus he used to have superhuman strength and Deadpool held his own against Daredevil and Silver Sable at the same time. Id even say that he was winning. They both have very impressive speed feats too... just saying.
