I would go with Slade in one episode he punked the whole titans haven't seen that many BB eposides though.

Animated Robin definitely inherited a portion of the Batkick, his kicks could tear shit up like if he were a Spider-Man level brick. And Slade could grapple with a Gorilla (Beast Boy).
I see what you're saying though, a lot of the episodes with Slade were basically about Robin fighting Slade with the other Titans as sideshows and even worse at times liabilities Robin had to protect.

Slade is to much of a h2h beast and batboys long range won't work either if slade has a staff. He deflects everything lol. But ppl have forgotten terry has bruce in his ears so he has some support. Still think slade wins
