who survives?
The OE not the OB. In comics poorly written, only PIS and Avatars.
You give the OE too much credit. Galactus can simply will himself back into existance. A celestial? come on now. He isn't talking about FC Darkside. Just regular DS.
Willing himself back to existence? When exactly did that happen. Oh say... Never.
It took the un wiping out and resetting the multiverse to bring back a dead galactus...

It would Hurt Galacts. Alot. It hurt the Spectre and Hal Jordan Spectre is waaaay more powerful than Galactus. Galactus would Kill DS after a few shots and then DS would resurrect.
