I'd say current Jen is stronger (overall) and more durable (generally), while Carol has the advantages of flight, greater speed, and energy powers. A good fight; I'd give it to Carol simply because she has greater mobility and ranged attacks, though we're talking a marginal win, here -- unless Ms. Marvel can BFR Jen into space, this is a fight that could go on for a long time, as She-Hulk can take a lot of what Carol can dish out.
