he's never destroyed a planet...I dont care about potential

he's weaker and less durable than savage hulk...who logan has held his own against numerous times

he's less skilled and jobberish...lost to thing

so yes, you're right...logan has a decent shot.

Actually he has destroyed a planet.

Lost to Thing? Really? Well, if he chooses to go h2h w/o fancy powers, then Logan might take it. It all depends on how much CIS affects him.

Terrax after having a huge amount of his power drained did this-

And he can just turn the ground below Logan into a giant fist to hold him, like he did to someone in the same issue. Then he can blast Logan into a skeleton.

well ok...but I think with CIS on, terrax would more likely engage Logan in h2h though than use his fancy powers

if terrax or any herald used their high end and ignored CIS and PIS.. few earth pound heroes could beat them and guys like Spiderman, gamora, wolverine, captain america US agent and every other meta lvl that has taken out and faced off herald lvl beings would die..
