Do any of SF's ninjas have Galford's disappearing jutsu? (Been a while since I last played SF)

Guy can do something like that but it's not teleporting. He just moves pretty fast.

Guy, Maki and Ibuki (they don't do it in gameplay), pretty much all the ninjas in SF except Vega and Geki and Geki doesn't have the classic disappear ninja trick cuz he's had 0 show time outside of SF1. I'm sure Geki could prolly do it, tho.

Anyway, I think Galf wins, he's got a dog AND a sword. Now, in a fist fight, Ken would kick his ass.
