should intimidation be factor into forum matches when cis is on?
For many characters such as Batman for example uses intimidation against there foes, and is clearly a factor in some of there fights. This sometimes allows him to defeat opponents who are significantly superior physically. Same can be said of many other characters like joker, wolverine, sabre-tooth , punisher, deathstroke, jason todd ect..
please discuss your thoughts on the matter and if any are unclear what I am getting at, please feel free to ask me to further explain.
if this topic already has a thread I apologies, please merg if so.

I think people misunderstand what I am talking about.
Like for example batman is known and fear by criminals and young hero's alike. They respect but also fear him and many ways, which can play favor to him in fights against younger inexperienced yet more powerful hero's who should beat him based on there abilities, but due to his reputation it intimidates them into making mistakens and losing.

There just certain characters who intimidation seems to clearly play a part in many of there battles which is a factor I feel is neglected upon the boards.
lol

Often the reason Batman beats inexperienced villains and heroes who's power exceeds his own is because he's a highly skilled veteran crime fighter with a bunch of handy gadgets and they're still wet around the ears. Does his reputation as a badass factor in? Definitely. But I wouldn't say its ever a true deciding factor when he fights Metas.
The only time intimidation ever really matters is when it prevents a fight from starting. If the fight has already begun it doesn't matter as much, what with the flow of adrenaline and all that.

When CIS is on, absolutely intimidation should be considered.
However, I can't let the precedent be set of discussing vs. forum rules in comic book forum threads. I'm pretty sure this is already built into the vs. forum rules, it's not explicitly stated but clearly implied by the CIS rules, so no change is needed.
