Finally, a nod to Paul Kirk, the Manuhunter, the original bad-ass. Let's see, he originally carried a bundi dagger (19.5" blade), a modified Mauser (pistol), a straight blade knife (approx. 12") and a couple shurikens. Has augmented agility and one of the first mentioned healing factors in comics (Manhunter "re-appeared" in 1973) and is an expert in Ninjitsu.

Doesn't Moon Knight have enhanced strength, endurance and reflexes at night? Also is a martial artist experienced in multiple forms of combat (although, this in itself is a non-factor). Add to that his armor and other exotic weaponry (bo, ankh-club, etc.) and I'm afraid I have to go with MK for the win 6-7/10
