Nope, vol.3 was. Current has better armor but he is physically weaker (doesn't get amped by the moon) and doesn't have as good weapons as he did in vol.3.

Didn't current MK fight Deadpool? I know Azrael has fought Deathstroke and even he commented on how formidable he was.
