Darkfire was experimented on by the Psions, but not nearly as intensely as Kori was. Even with his powers increasing lately, I think hers still are better... and fighting skill wise I'd definitely give it to her too.

I believe Starfire to be the most powerful Tamaranean there is, so Big Sis takes it.

Komand'r beat her ass twice in older comics, and edged Kory out again recently in R.E.B.E.L.S.
