Depends on the location. Outside of Limbo the Enchantress because she has her physical abilities and her magic is potent wherever she is. Magik is limited primarily to her soul sword and stepping discs outside of Limbo but inside it shes a powerful sorceress beyond Belascos level.
This already happened IIRC. In one story (can't recall the issue), the younger members of the X-Men were all chilling together at the beach when all of a sudden they were all teleported to Asgard by Amora and then held as hostages/prisoners within magical bars/chains/cells she had conjured up. Colossus's sister being one of the members of the young X-Men team at the time was pretty much powerless against Enchantress's doings outside of Limbo. It was only because of Karma's help that finally got herself released.
