While Silver Banshee is theoretically capable of taking down any particular individual (generally speaking), she really isn't in the same league as the true heavy-hitters; I'd give a majority to PG, though SB's wins could be devastating, and a couple of the wins PG gets won't be without considerable effort and/or getting at least an earful of hurt...
