Non-bloodlusted, Omega's chances are a little better, as Barbara has the habit (flaw) of "playing with her food", which he can use to his advantage. If she's out for the kill, however, then Cheetah gets a solid majority bordering on stomp, as she is much stronger than many realize, and is nearly as fast as the Flash in terms of combat speed/blitzing.
