616 Mimic technically has more power, but less skill, so I'd bet on Star.
I don't think Exiles *stomps*, but I do think he wins.
You're thinking of Morph.
616 Mimic can copy the powers of multiple mutants at full, with the classic X-men at permanent. EXiles can do 5 powers at half.
