Master Order and Lord Chaos have decided that in order to correct a universal imbalance, that the following teams must be utterly destroyed...how far do they get?
1) The entire Trans Tier...
2) The entire Skyfather Tier...
3) The entire Elder God Tier...
4) The entire Cube Being Tier...
5) The 4th Celestial Host + Exitar (for now, lets assume Kubiks famous statement is true and not hyperbole)...
Edit: Since he is their underling, Order and Chaos can call on the In-Betweener if need be...

Yeah, these two dont have many feats; however, they have demostrated superiority to the In-Betweener and have restored Galactus (who was in a coma)...
Outside of the above, you'd have to judge them on implied power...that and the fact (atleast to my knowledge) that they have never been defeated by anything less than the Infinity Gauntlet.
Edit: Their implied power would allow them mastery of every "ordered" and "chaotic" process in the universe...which pretty much covers everything.

Based on implied power, they cause heavy casualities at 5 and stops, until then, they should walk through the rest of the gauntlet with no significant issues.
1) The infamous, "We know Death, We know Eternity, but they mean nothing to us!" (Silver Surfer 17)
2) "Without Order to give him form and Chaos to give him motion what would be left of Eternity?" (What If - Korvac)
3) Beings that take on para cosmics, like Adam Warlock, are special because they "lie outside the influence of Order/Chaos" (Infinity Gauntlet Saga 1)
4) They made the In-betweener (Common knowledge)
So like others have said, based on FEATS they got nothing really (I mean anyone Celestial level or above could have cured Galactus and they only reason they owned the IB is because they made him), BUT based on IMPLIED power, they are at least equal to Eternity/Death/Oblivion/Infinity.

Yet anytime some rises up to challenge universe busters (like Warlock), a key factor in their ability to get the job done is they "lie outside the influence of Order/Chaos" not life/death/oblivion/etc....

I honestly think they clear it as well; these two shouldnt lose to anything less than a non-jobbing "Supreme Being" type...
It was implied during the Infinity Gauntlet arc that Eternity was above these two though; Galactus, the Celestials present, Love and Hate, Order and Chaos, the Stranger, Mephisto, Eon, and Death were referred to by Thanos as Eternity's "foot soldiers" and Doctor Strange referred to them as "Eternity's Cosmic Brigade."
IMHO, Eternity should (since he embodies every aspect of the universe) be the least powerful being capable of defeating these two...assumming (and this is a huge assumption) he isnt jobbing of course.
IMHO, the entire Cosmic Pantheon was jobbing in the Infinity Gauntlet arc.
If you noticed, they didn't really do jack to Thanos that trans tier or skyfathers couldn't do. I mean wtf did Love/Hate really do (We love them, NO! We hate them!)? Or Order/Chaos for that matter (You will be half cube half plastic!). Hell throw Kronos in the mix too as doing jack squat (take a swim through the time stream!).
Celestials flinging planets at Thanos? I mean Odin would have at least busted the ENTIRE galaxy that Thanos was in!

I get that part. But my point still stands. You are fighting a confirmed UNIVERSE buster and that's the best you can do? Especially since ALL of them attacked SIMULTANEOUSLY!
There is no excusing it. They jobbed, they jobbed BIG TIME. But back on thread topic, Order/Chaos clear it then go take their anger out on the IB some more.
