Iron Man's far faster and his blows can stagger people like Sentry, so I'm going with Shellhead.

Question, though. Can Iron Man use the suit to allocate all power toward melee purposes? Reinforcing his defenses, boosting strength levels, etc?

Punch for punch, I'd bet on Colossus to win.

Since Iron Man is allowed to fly in the second scenario, I could see the fight going either way. I haven't kept up with my reading for a while, so I'm not aware of any upgrades Tony made to the Iron Man armor.
