Azrael is not as good as Batman in H2h... but his other ability like peak human strength will give DD a rough fight. But I remember DD take on Nuke... and he did pretty well. Nuke is stronger than Azrael not as fast..but a expert h2h combatant. I say DD take this 6/10 after a very bloody fight.
