Brainiac 5 vs T.A.O.

Both Brainiac and Tao (classic Image version and current WS version feats are allowed) get five days to prepare.

Each contestant has standard knowledge about their opponent. They can both use all of their own resources, without opting for outside aid.

Who wins?

EDIT: No Miracle Machine nonsense.

I doubt it. And as has been said before, it could only be used once.
