Gender: Male Location: Planning to take over the WORLD!
hmm, not sure. she could fend him off with her tp long enough to transmute him i think. she lost to exodus after a while and stalemated him another time which is enough proof to me to say she won't be going down immediately. he has some level of molecular control though, so i wonder how her transmutation would work on him. she's also enormously versatile however--strength, blasting power, etc..... she is definitely in his weight class. i could see this going either way with maybe a slight egde to cable.
Clearly overpowers her, after she gets a sneak attack against him, while he is fighting Black Knight, shortly after being granted powers in the first place [Black Knight: Exodus]:
Matches her for energy output and defeats her, notice Exodus is still standing with Sersi nowhere to be found and Exodus mocking her and Black Knight [Uncanny X-Men 307]:
Sersi admits she needed to catch a second wind after Exodus was virtually unharmed from their fight, Black Knight and War Machine are surprised to see her unharmed [Uncanny X-Men 307]:
She describes Exodus as taking a lot out of her, whereas Exodus left their fight to immediately assault Jean, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch and a number of other characters (she takes a beating, goes down, Exodus runs off to fight his next battle, she needs to lick her wounds) [Avengers 369]:

In one of the scans, while blasting Exodus, Sersi says: "Has it yet to occur to you that as an eternal, I can keep this up forever?". That's one major card that Sersi has against powerful opponents since she can outlast almost anyone with her infinite endurance. But in marvel, her physical and energy based powers are useless once she's pulled into the astral plane by a more powerful telepath. Cable wins.
I can concede to being overpowered telepathically in the first instance.
As for the second, the fight was inconclusive at best. It was kind of silly of the writer just cut off the fight scene without showing what happened. While they were fighting I had the impression that Sersi wasn't using her full powerset, merely resorting to tk after the short dialogue concerning the origin of Exodus' abilities. They didn't even continue the fight because Sersi recognized that there was so much collateral damage. Exodus came off looking the better, but I still think it was just a bad job by the writer.
