Using the current Odin/Galactus fight as a frame of reference; 2000ft Destroyer vs...

At this very moment (for we dont know what the future will hold), Odin appears to compare very well to Galactus...

With that said, it would make perfect sense to assume that the 2000ft Destroyer (which is far more powerful than Odin; when all of Asgard entered the Destroyer, it was described as "a God amongst the Gods") would absolutely crush Galactus one on one...

So, how far does the 2000ft Destroyer get (its equipped with the Oversword of Asgard as per the battle with the 4th Celestial Host) in the following, growing, gauntlet? All battles take place in the Heart of Hell...

1) The Stranger...
2) The Stranger+Uatu...
3) The Stranger+Uatu+Mephisto...
4) The Stranger+Uatu+Mephisto+Ymir...
5) The Stranger+Uatu+Mephisto+Ymir+Surtur...
6) The Stranger+Uatu+Mephisto+Ymir+Surtur+Depowered Tyrant....
7) The Stranger+Uatu+Mephisto+Ymir+Surtur+Depowered Tyrant+Galactus...
8) The Stranger+Uatu+Mephisto+Ymir+Surtur+Depowered Tyrant+Galactus+Set...
9) The Stranger+Uatu+Mephisto+Ymir+Surtur+Depowered Tyrant+Galactus+Set+Kubik...

The thing is, just how powerful was the Destroyer + All Asgardians (sans Thor) vs a regular Odin? Until we quantify that, all we are doing is just giving totally random answers.

Regarding the Odin/Galactus throwdown, it seems we (and by "we" I mean "I") jumped the gun. Future solicits and covers would make zero sense if Odin and Galactus were fighting to a standstill. It seems Asgard needs something.........extra to deal with Galactus. We'll see.

@zopzop

Theres no way we can actually say exactly how powerful Odin is vs the 2000ft Destroyer, but we do know that 3 High Skyfathers (which included Odin) were nothing to a lone Celestial, while the 2000ft Destroyer was something to an entire host of them...

The 2000ft Destroyer should be much much more powerful than regular Odin based off of that alone...

By that showing, Thor > those 3 Skyfathers, he took multiple Celestial blasts and still kept up his assault on them. Plus their combined assault was said to be powerful enough to "knock a world from it's orbit". That's kind of pathetic seeing as how Odin was a confirmed galaxy buster at the time.
