Braddock has limitations as a reality warper. Things that aren't 100% solid offer some resistance and his warping is relatively slow. He has to manipulate strings to alter reality. While his effects are often just as good they are still comparatively inferior to the think and do method of other high scale reality warpers. Don't get me wrong, he's an utter beast but his limitations hurt him in a fight like this.
