Scarlet Witch has been trained by Captain America. Sue Storm has been trained by Iron Fist, unless Emma has been trained by Cyclops, she falls first yes

..............in fact even if she has been trained by Cyclops she will probably fall first anyway..............

Emma doesn't really have any H2H feats that I can recall.....other then beating the snot out of Banshee...and what's that other womens name...the one from Gen X....meh don't remember but Emmes used Kitchen utensils and a watermelon to win that fight so it doesn't count...

So sadly Emma would go down first sad

...(I don't think Cyclops has trained her in any event)

It's down to Sue or Wanda...

I don't know about skill levels, but I think Emma fights hand-to-hand a LOT more often then the other two. Pretty much any time she's in a fight, she always goes for her diamond form and goes brawling barehanded, so I wouldn't count her out that easily, given all the experience she has.

Problem here is she doesn't need defense in diamond form, she takes the hits and shrugs them off. Without powers she is gonna need better defense.
