Darkseid, the ugly and powerful New God that he is finds out about the Marvel verse, and he believes it's his right to conquer it.
So he assembles a team to help him accomplish said task. Even better yet, he found a way to bring he's other selves back to help him.
There will be no backstabbing each other, all Darkseid are of one mind, and thats to work together and conquer the Marvel Verse.

Braniac- Our World At War, with Warworld.
Darkseid, the maglomaniac that he is, and believing that none can stop him declares to the Marvel verse that his coming for them. So the Marvel verse nothing the danger Darkseid posses decided to ban together, good and bad guys.
Restrictions:no Omnipotent may interfere, or any tech that gives one Omnipotence.
So can the lowest of meta, to the highest of sky fathers stop this team.
Give a reason why the side you choose wins, not just one liner.

There not limited to only Sky Fathers, I was just given an example. The only thing that's restricted to Marvel, are TOAA or anything that grants complete Omnipotence.
Marvel Wins... all the abstracts and celestials combined would pretty much blink most of this team out of existence... the ones that aren't right way.. are dealt with shortly after...
They don't all need to. IMO the Thanosi wouldn't have much trouble with the 1000 Doomsday clones. Once they're dealt with the numbers game would be too much for the DC team. Any being that survives that will be dealt with by Mistress Death.
For a Thanos and Abstract free victory team Marvel should give Hope Summers the Gem of Cytorak and the Soul, Power, Space, Mind, and Reality Gems. Next have her fully absorb the mutant powers of all X-Men, Brotherhood, X-Factor, Morlock, and Acolyte members (past and present), as well as those of Franklin Richards and the Beyonder. Then lock away Tony Stark, Reed Richards, Hank Pym, Dr. Doom, Amadeus Cho, Bruce Banner, Dr. Nemesis and Forge with the Time Gem in the dimension of Mistress Death, close to the Infinity Well. Silver Surfer should join them as well, his power cosmic would come in handy should they need any supplies or resources. Give whatever super weapon was created to Hope. Finally have hope draw apon the powers of Jaimie Madrox to create one clone of herself uber powered self for every opponent (that's probably overkill but so what), game over DC. "So long thanks for all the fish."
