The mechs have the durability advantage, which makes them physically stronger by proxy. Nimrod can heal just like Lobo, but I think that it would be for the most part a one sided affair. Nimrod would beat Lobo in a marathon battle match imo. Ultron is Orion's physical superior, and unless he was able to destroy some vital part in Ultron's inner workings, Ultron would likely kill him. It also depends on the Ultron as well, but the higher class chassis of the Ultron software have taken it to Thor and the Vision, and it was winning hard (Alkema ref.).

The most current Ultron took a Mjolnir strike to the dome and no-sold it completely.
"Age of Ultron" Ultron is likely going to be grossly overpowered.

Lobo's ability to Defy Logic Neutralizes Nimrods ability to exploit a weakness and Orion's Speed should be way above anyone on Team 1 (+ Astro Force + Motherbox=Huge Versatility)
