Hard to tell. The guys he beats are usually not like our version of superman. I dont think he can do it.

First of all, congratulations on pulling out an excellent, obscure, independent gem!
Marshall Law was AWESOME. Plain and simple. What a great read.
So much of what was in those books, shaped the comics we read now.
Marshall Law would do a lot of damage to these heroes.
Incredibly strong, durable, ruthless and heroically insane.
With guns that would make Lobo drool.
He couldn't take out all of the Marvel Heroes, but he could do many of them. And, it would be a very unpleasant experience for everybody involved.
