The Doctor's weakness was harder drugs, not alcohol. Although Habib is technically the most powerful, so you get a pass. Or rather, Swift. Even lacking feats as the new embodiment of the Doctor, she inherits their experience. And with at least a modicum of superhuman speed and durability, she's moderately less prone to speedblitzes and such.
Also, "Strongest version" of Thanos is technically the recent unkillable version. If the Cosmic Cube couldn't do jack, neither can pretty much anything else.
If you use a powerful-yet-killable Thanos, this is actually an interesting contest.

Are you talking about when the low powered cosmic cube put him to sleep, or what incident are you talking about exactly?

The Doctor just uses his Sonic Screwdriver to trap Thanos in the TARDIS and BFR him.
Oh wait, wrong Doctor

More recent. Guardians of the Galaxy and the Cancerverse saga. It was directly stated/implied that he was unkillable, and he had a couple feats to back that up.
In any case, it's kind of a moot point. For this thread to be worthwhile, he'd have to be powerful but killable. I'm thinking IG-era (though without the IG, obviously).

The Doctor doesn't have to kill him to beat him. He can banish him, put him in stasis, beat him in a lot of ways..

Doctor wins. Nobody disputed my point of Doctor forcing Thanos to commit suicide out of shame.
Also, Doctor could teleport Drax in.

wouldn't work anymore Drax only killed Thanos during the time his banning from Death's realm was lifted.
