Insanely Amped Worldbreaker Hulk takes on Marvel's gods

WBH has a red lantern ring and the Power gem.

vs

Fight 1: Odin

Fight 2: Odin and,
Thor
Beta Ray Bill
Classic Hercules with Mace
Thunderstrike (Eric Masterson)

IN BOTH FIGHTS:

No BFR. The ring and the PG CANNOT be removed from the Hulk by any means.

Neither side is holding back. They each want to kill each other and will use their most powerful attacks.

I'm going with the Gods on this one. The PG may put his strength on par with the Gods, but IMO the Red Lantern ring will be nigh useless against Mjornir. The Gods are more restrained and have much better control of their powers.

Odin should be enough in both scenarios. I don't think it will be easy at all in fight 1.
