Kid Flash vs. Mongul

Bart Allen takes on Mongul.

- Both are in character

- Fight takes place outside Titan Tower

- Winner by knockout, death or just flat out defeat.

Who wins and why?

I'm thinking Mongul takes it more times than not (due to experience), but if Bart fights with intelligence there is really no way for Mongul to win. My first thought is that Bart would take Mongul out within the first 5 seconds of the battle, and that there really would be no way for Mongul not to be punched to the moon, or launch a counter to Bart's crazy speed.
