War of the God-species ! Battlefield is the entire Marvel Omniverse , and collateral damage without consideration for loss of life and an unlimited scope and range is allowed .

The Celestials here consist of each and every member of the Celestial races(sans Scathan) which exist throughout every single single reality across the omniverse .

Which God-race wins ?

Actually enough is known. They created the cosmic container units, which unrestricted are far beyond the demonstrated capabilities of both the Infinities and the Celestials, barring Scathan.
